Self-care is so important. If you aren't implementing self care techniques into your daily life, you should be! We all live busy and overwhelming lives, and taking time for self-care, or preparing some self care rituals in advance, is the perfect way to make sure you're taking care of yourself.

One of my favorite ways to practice self-care during this time is to not let myself suffer!
